Mid Season (16 Jan 2010 - 1 May 2010):	$3500 per week
Summer Season (2 May 2010 - 31 Aug 2010):	$3000 per week
Low Season (1 Sep 2010 - 14 Nov 2010):	$2500 per week
Other Season (15 Nov 2010 - 14 Dec 2010):	$3000 per week
High Season (15 Dec 2010 - 15 Jan 2011):	$6000 per week

All reservations require a minimum of 1 week. A 4-day minimum is occasionally allowed. (contact owner and ask if that option is available for your time frame)

Discounts are available for the following:

• monthly rates.
• paid in full at time of booking.
• short-term notice within 2 weeks of the booking if there is availability. This goes for any season.
